Not a discount and not a trimmed version — the same work our paying clients receive. My concern has always been the small ministry with no name recognition, doing hard work in hard places without the systems or reserves that larger organizations take for granted. This is the part of the practice that exists for them.

Who this is for

Small, stretched, and going somewhere.

We are looking for organizations with more vision than infrastructure — where the work is real, the calling is clear, and the systems have not caught up.

Under roughly $1M in annual budget. If you could comfortably hire us, this is not for you and we would rather the place went to someone who cannot.
Doing the work already. Not an idea or a launch plan — something operating, with people it is responsible to.
A leader who wants the truth. The first debrief will tell you things that are uncomfortable. That is the value, and it only works if you want it.
A board that will engage. Governance recommendations die without it, so we need their agreement before we start rather than their surprise at the end.

What you receive

Twelve months, not a report.

The full diagnostic. Nineteen layers, not six. Governance, funding, people, risk and delivery, with the constraints named and ranked.

A working debrief. With your leadership team, and your board if they will come.

A year of building. Monthly sessions working through the roadmap in order — governance, operating model, donor systems, whatever the data says comes first.

Specialists where you need them. Access to the bench on the same terms as a paying client.

Remeasurement at twelve months. The same instrument against your own baseline, so you can show a funder what changed.

What we ask in return

Not money. Four other things.

Free work gets deprioritised when the week gets hard. These are what keep it real.

Your time, committed in writing. Roughly four hours a month from the chief executive, and attendance at every monthly session.
Board awareness and consent before we begin.
Honest answers, including on the assessment. A leadership team that scores itself well everywhere has told us something, and it is not what they intended.
Permission to describe what happened — anonymised if you prefer. We are a young practice and your results are how we prove this works. If that is not something you can agree to, apply anyway and tell us; it will not disqualify you, but we need to know.

We read everything. If we cannot take you, we will say so plainly rather than leaving you waiting, and you will still have the assessment and the plan.
