If you left tomorrow, nobody could step in.

"If I left tomorrow, I'm not sure anyone could step in. My team is junior and I'm driving them too hard."

You have probably been told to build a bench. What nobody explains is that you cannot build one while you are still the person every decision runs through — and that letting go feels irresponsible right up until it works.

If nothing changes

What this costs you.

  • Name a successor for your top five roles. If you cannot for three of them, hiring speed will not save you in a crisis.
  • Your organization cannot outgrow you, which caps it at your capacity.
  • Talented people leave because they can see the ceiling.
  • Succession becomes an emergency search rather than a plan.
What we do

Senior Leadership Development

Your organization can only outgrow you if others can carry it. We build the bench — role clarity, capability, accountability, and a succession pipeline that's real rather than aspirational.

The test: name a successor for each of your top five roles. If you can't for more than one or two, you have a key-person dependency no hiring speed will fix in a crisis.
The plan

Three steps.

01

See it clearly

Role scorecards, a readiness map, and a Leadership 360 that shows how the team actually experiences its leaders.

02

Develop deliberately

The Leadership Pipeline Model — a twelve-month cohort that produces successors rather than hoping for them.

03

Hand over for real

Authority transferred, not just tasks, with coaching through the part where you want to take it back.

What you get

Concretely.

  • Leadership team assessment and development plans
  • Role scorecards with clear success measures
  • Succession pipeline and readiness mapping
  • Team operating rhythms and healthy conflict norms
  • Onboarding and leadership development pathways
We build this for you

The Leadership Pipeline Model™

Most organizations recruit leadership from outside because they never built anyone inside. We design and run a twelve-month cohort that changes that — and where the work is international, it means your next country director is already on staff rather than on a plane.

The Leadership Pipeline Model: a twelve-month cohort producing a succession bench and a local workforce
Designed, facilitated, and handed over — so the second cohort runs without us.

How it runs

Cohorts of 8–12, deliberately mixed across roles and levels. Three-day in-person launch, then monthly modules over twelve months, with role-specific tracks so the content is usable the same week. Mentors drawn from your senior team, paired and trained. Peer review quarterly, and a mid-year correction at month six.

What it produces

Named successors for your key roles, developed in advance. A curriculum and facilitator guide you own and can rerun. Vocational training and apprenticeships tied to local employers. A measurable shift toward local ownership of leadership, and graduation with a named next assignment per participant.

Why the second pipeline matters: a staff development programme that also trains and places people locally turns your payroll into community economic development — and it is the most credible answer to the question of whether you are building capacity or importing it.
Facilitated engagement

The Leadership 360™

Most 360s measure competence. Ours measures eight domains including the one nobody else scores — what a leader is avoiding, rated by the people who watch them avoid it. Clarity, Courage, Truth and Grace, Stewardship, Developing Others, Follow-Through, Formation, and a trust gate underneath all of it.

How it runs

Self-assessment plus eight to twelve raters across manager, peers, and direct reports. Rater groups are reported separately and never below three responses. Self-versus-others gap analysis surfaces blind spots and hidden strengths, with verbatim keep / start / stop kept unattributed. Always debriefed live.

What it produces

A named blind spot and one strength worth building. What the leader is not saying, quantified from outside their own head. Where direct reports and peers see a different person. And one commitment — not a development plan nobody follows. A team version scores the collective on the same domains.

Why it is never self-served: an unfacilitated 360 is how people get hurt. Results come to us, not to your organization, and are used for development only — never hiring, promotion, or performance review.
What changes

On the other side.

Named successors for your key roles, a leadership team that argues productively, and an organization that would survive your absence.
